The 100,000 Homes Campaign is a national movement of communities working together to find permanent homes for 100,000 of the country’s most vulnerable homeless individuals and families by July of 2013. The 100,000 Homes “playbook” describes the process used by vanguard communities across the country to house their most vulnerable. It offers tools, templates, and lessons learned for implementing the campaign in your own community. (Author)
