It builds upon the Homelessness-Related Research Capacities in Alberta: A Comprehensive Environmental Scan 1990-2010 Final Report completed by Dr. Katherine Kovacs-Burns and Dr. Solina Richter, a foundational document for the Housing and Homelessness Research Strategy for Alberta.
