How has the Africa Bond evolved? Homeless International provides a range of support through partner NGOs to try and help meet the demand from poor communities. This includes small-scale capital grants to establish or build local revolving loan funds, the Community-Led Infrastructure Finance Facility (CLIFF), and guarantees to secure bank loans for such initiatives.
