Homeless advocate aims to inspire educators

Homeless activist Hannah Taylor told student teachers at the WestCAST 2011 education conference that age shouldn't affect a person's willingness to help another person.

"So many people, especially children, want to make a difference, but they don't know how to," Taylor said. "They don't believe enough in themselves that they can. One of the biggest things when I was little, what led me to this and how I was able to do what I do, is I'm so lucky I learned that age never defined what I do."
