Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS), is a data management tool used by service providers to assist in their daily operations. It also provides information to the community about individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and the supports and services they access. In 2015, two service providers used HIFIS Crisis Centre North Bay Four Elms Residence and Low Income People Involvement (LIPI).
