In this report, Housing Is Good Social Policy, Tom Carter, Canada Research Chair in Urban Change and Adaptation at the University of Winnipeg, and Chesya Polevychok, Research Associate at the University of Winnipeg, call for the re-integration of housing policy with other sectors of social and economic policy.
