Keeping Work. Supporting homeless people to start, stay in, and thrive at work: A guide for employers

The Keeping Work research from Broadway Homelessness and Support, in partnership with responsible business charity, Business in the Community, follows the stories of 50 homeless people over their first six to 12 months in new jobs.

It shows that homeless people do not need much targeted support from their employer to stay in and thrive in work: instead they benefit from good, all-round employment practice such as well-planned inductions, regular supervisions, clear guidance about their role, and support around understanding how to behave in the workplace.
