The project aims to: identify the factors enabling people with disability to transition into, and sustain, housing which suits their preferences and needs, in the context of individualised support funding and other innovative approaches to the delivery of disability support services; and apply learnings from the NDIS trial sites and from past programs to inform current planning and policy in the housing and disability sectors in response to the NDIS reforms.
