The San Francisco Plan to Abolish Chronic Homelessness

This is a ten year plan to end homelessness in San Francisco. The plan makes recommendations for the housing-first model, employment assistance, permanent supportive housing, phasing down shelters and transitional housing, a new service delivery model, nutrient support, and prevention and intervention innovations. The coordination of city resources and redirection of homeless dollars is also addressed. (Authors)
