Smart Practices for At-Risk, Homeless, and Formerly Homeless Youth Employment Programs in Metro Vancouver

This report presents the findings of a project for Streetohome Foundation and the School of Public Administration at the University of Victoria. The project objectives were to map youth employment services in Metro Vancouver and assess, using criteria, the contribution of these services and the potential for scalability of successful programs. The research question this project attempted to answer was: What are smart practices for employment training programs, experiential work opportunity models, rapid re-employmeny strategies and other successful models for at-risk, homeless, and formerly homeless youth in Metro Vancouver?
