Structural and Systemic Factors Contibuting to Homelesness in Canada: An Analysis of Research Gaps and Proposed Research Directions

This report examines the structural and systemic factors contributing to homelessness in Canada during the 1990s. The report begins with a discussion of some key background points on the structural and systemic causes of homelessness, and proceeds to address several key areas, identifying for each of them respectively what is currently known, remaining gaps in research or knowledge, and proposed research strategies to remedy these gaps.
