The experience of homelessness touches multiple parts of a child and family's life. Givent he risks that a child who si experiencing homelessness is exposed to, service delivery, interventions and supports needed to be equilly as comprehensive to have a positive influence on child development. This report works on developing comprehensive interventions, services and community supports to address homelessness of children and families based on the ecologies and divers factors that can affect well-being and adjustment trajectories. This report recomends a comprehensive approach to intervention, such as Building on Strengths and Advocating for Family Empowerment (BSAFE). Moreover, it identifies the the rapid reintegration of families into housing as a central policy goal of paramount importance as stable secure housing is a central overarching need for the effectiveness of all other health, social, and educational interventions.
