Laurence Roy is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. Her current post-doctoral work focus on criminal justice involvement and victimization trajectories of homeless adults with a mental illness participating in the At Home/Chez soi project. Her research interests lie at the intersect between mental health, housing marginalization, interaction with police and justice systems, and rehabilitation.
