This report explores what “home” and stability mean for young people who use drugs and experience homelessness in Vancouver. Drawing on ethnographic and community-based research with street-involved youth, it reveals how current policies shape their housing experiences and offers practical recommendations to guide more effective, youth-centered housing programs and policy responses.
This research was made possible through funding from Making the Shift Youth Homelessness Social Innovation Lab.
