Who Are the Homeless? Centering Anti-Black Racism and the Consequences of Colorblind Homeless Policies

Though it is rarely described in this way, homelessness is a racialized problem in the United States. This article explores the history of colorblind homeless policies and questions the feasibility of using these policies to prevent and end homelessness for Black communities.
