Program evaluation is an increasing area of interest for many organizations, stemming both from a desire to improve on delivery of effective services and to meet demands for indicators and outcomes from funders. There is a growing interest from organizations that want to learn how to do program evaluation and how to do it well.
Agencies might want to:
- understand their programs;
- figure out what works and what doesn’t; or
- show their funder a measure of the work.
The Canadian Homelessness Research Network/Homeless Hub has designed an online course to help agency staff deepen their knowledge of program evaluation, establish professional connections with other homelessness sector professionals across Canada, design and implement a program evaluation for their organization, and ultimately foster an agency-wide culture of research and learning.
This course is for those interested in conducting a program evaluation for your organization and establishing professional connections with other homelessness sector professionals across Canada.
