Kathleen Burns

Kathleen is the Content Developer for Making the Shift Youth Homelessness Social Innovation Lab. She joined the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness in July 2017. Prior to this position, Kathleen worked with Canada Without Poverty, a national anti-poverty and human rights organization, and the mandate of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to adequate housing. She holds a B.A. in Human Rights (with a minor in Greek and Roman Studies) from Carleton University.
