Analysis of Freedom of Information responses from 216 councils suggests that all too many homeless teenagers are not having their needs properly assessed and are being housed in unsuitable accommodation. No Excuses explores whether 16 and 17 year olds who experience homelessness are being effectively safeguarded and helped by local authorities, and suggest solutions to prevent both short-term risks and longterm damage to vulnerable young people.
