The reason why we like this infographic so much is that it reiterates why infographics are so valuable in today's fast-paced, information overload society. As it points out, infographics are more engaging and are faster and easier to process. They also come very handy when you are trying to share content using social media tools, which are very visually driven. Here, at the Homeless Hub, we try to present information in the most accessible way we can. When we release content we add either an executive summary or a research summary together with an infographic which can be easily understood and shared amongst a variety of individuals. We have seen that such tools are embraced by our audience and we recommend that other researchers use these tools to get greater audience engagement.
