This report focuses on priority areas of concern for the thousands of residents of TCHC, including increasing safety and security, improving building conditions, providing jobs a nd opportunities for residents, and finding the financing to continue the urgently – needed capital repairs. The Task Force makes seven recommendations that, if acted upon, should result in noticeable and sustainable improvements to TCHC by the end of 2015.
