Innovative Solutions to Homelessness (ISH) Final Reports

The ISH funding stream under the Homelessness Partnering Strategy was delivered nationally between 2014 and 2109 to support the development of innovative approaches to prevent and reduce homelessness. ISH is the predecessor to the current Reaching Home program.

ISH supported three key areas: community-based innovative projects to reduce homelessness and/or the cost of homelessness; building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders; and testing and/or sharing tools, social metrics and research findings geared towards homelessness.

Further details about Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy, a community-based program aimed at preventing homelessness can be found at: https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/funding/homeless.html
