Taking Stock uses the findings from Housing Matters: A Review of the Housing Market (2012) and highlights the need for a full mix and range of housing. Having affordable housing options allows people to remain in the Region through the various stages of their lives. It allows workers to live locally - reducing commute times, and supports the entire income spectrum, including low and moderate income households.
