The Community Social Planning Council of Greater Victoria conducted its fourth point-in-time (PiT) count on March 7 and 8, 2023. The count took place within the Victoria Census Metropolitan Area (CMA) with the support of 138 volunteers, local housing facilities, and service providers. The PiT count revealed at least 1,665 individuals experiencing homelessness in Greater Victoria.
