This report presents the findings of a survey of tenants in North Mount Pleasant conducted by volunteers from Pivot Legal Society and MOSAIC. The study was conducted to assist the City of Vancouver in planning the inevitable development that is bound to take place as Mount Pleasant continues to grow and densify. The report also sheds light on the human dimensions of a growing housing crisis, and is intended to influence planning decisions that will protect yet another low income population at risk of placement in Vancouver.
