This framework outlines key program elements, standards and guidelines, and defines the roles and responsibilities of BC Housing and its partners in the delivery and management of the program. BC Housing developed this program framework in partnership with emergency shelter providers and is committed to working cooperatively with the shelter sector for program delivery.
