This is a two-page briefing note of the report on the preliminary proposal submitted to embark on a 10-year plan to end homelessness in Calgary. This briefing note was written for decision makers and presented only the highlights regarding the current homeless count in Calgary, the steps to developing an effective 10-year plan including roles of governments (federal, Alberta and Muncipalities), and recommendations for the three levels of government to consider.
