The City of Kamloops, along with Tk’emlups te Secwépemc and several agencies representing Kamloops’ homeless-serving sector, conducted a point-in-time count on April 12 and April 13, 2023. They collected data from eight shelters and completed surveys on the Tk’emlups te Secwépemc reserve and within Kamloops. This report will enable decision makers and service providers to develop services and programs that support individuals experiencing homelessness.
