St. John’s, Newfoundland released their 2019-2024 community plan to end homelessness. This Plan, in response to Canada’s Homelessness Strategy, seeks to proactively incorporate key learnings from the previous Community Plan. It builds on past successes and integrates lessons learned while continuing to abide by Housing First philosophy.
