Upstream Kelowna Outcomes Brief

Upstream Kelowna is a school-based intervention that identifies and supports school-aged youth at risk of homelessness and school disengagement through early assessment and targeted services. This outcomes brief demonstrates the critical need for early intervention to address hidden risks among vulnerable youth.

This research was funded by Making the Shift Youth Homelessness Social Innovation Lab, co-led by A Way Home Canada and the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness.
