Using the Partnership in Data Exploration (PiDE) framework, this study explores how linked data can help us better understand and prevent homelessness. The framework combines frontline workers’ knowledge with qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis to make data more meaningful, identify service gaps, and better understand young people’s experiences as they transition from youth-focused programs into adult systems of care. The report offers a practical approach for organizations looking to collaborate and use existing data to strengthen homelessness prevention efforts.
